January 2018 | SIOF successfully divested its Robotnícka and Zámočnícka projects. Having identified sale opportunities, we decided to exit these two projects. Investment in Robotnícka was divested primarily due to appearance of unexpected legal issues.

2019 | SIOF acquired 100% stake in Real Estate Firm, further diversifying its real-estate holdings.
March 2019 | SIOF successfully divested its minority stake in Varengold Bank.
March 2020 | SIOF successfully divested its stake in the Fončorda development project.
August 2022 | SIOF acquired Metropol building in the city centre of Bratislava.
